- Control and optimize pick, pack, ship and the return processes
- Establish feedback cycle with customer interviews
- Negotiate with warehouse operators
- Report overall satisfaction and quality
- Drive to optimize the whole process
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing and fulfillment is useful but not mandatory
